Jonastown Massacre: A Little Bit Harder (2019)
This was a multi-sensory project exploring teenage celebrity devotion through the lenses of religion and suicide cults. Through this piece, Jonastown Massacre transcended being just a cover project and instead evolved into a multi-tiered installation piece that played a camp homage to the mental world of my 11 year old self and her masturbatory fantasies. The space doubled as a film & installation and as a performance space during its tenure at the ECA Degree Show 2019.
